About the Class
This is a drop-in class, open to all levels — whether you’re brand new to Tai Chi or already exploring the practice. Each week, we’ll focus on core Tai Chi fundamentals through simple, mindful exercises that build balance, coordination, and calm awareness. We may also explore one or two new forms over time.
But remember — a diamond is small, yet precious. In Tai Chi, doing small movements well is far more valuable than rushing through a long sequence. Our focus is on quality over quantity — helping you build strong foundations that bring lasting benefit.
You might not learn an entire form, but you will get a true taste of Tai Chi’s essence — and feel the difference it makes in your body and mind.
Why Tai Chi? Why Now?
If you're feeling tired, stiff, or less steady than you used to — or simply need a peaceful, purposeful moment in your week — Tai Chi can help. These gentle movements support healthy aging, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system.
And while online videos are helpful, Tai Chi is best learned in person, where you receive real-time support and feedback in a safe, encouraging space.
